Yesterday I mentioned everything that has been going wrong with my body. I failed to mention all the problems that I have had with my bike. It has been giving me trouble when I'm shifting since about the 3000 mile mark. I have been to a number of different bike shops and everyone seems to think they know what the problem is - but when I get 25 to 50 miles down the road, the problem returns. My point is: there are always going to be different obstacles that you have to overcome to achieve your goals. You just need to find ways to stay positive and motivated and keep on going. Don't sweat the small stuff and it's all small stuff.
