It is so tough knowing that Amanda and Mikaila will be leaving tomorrow. I wasn't around when my son was growing up and I promised myself that would never happen again. When Mikaila was born I had to decide whether it was more important to fulfill my mission or to be there for Mikaila. I hope that I have been able to do both. I think this mission needs to be accomplished. It was great to have Mikaila with me the last month. Amanda and Mikaila will be back in a month to finish up the trip with me.
