Medical help in Boulder, Colorado

Mikael and the 800 Meters crew spent most of the day at the Boulder Center for Sports Medicine. The director is world renowned Andy Pruitt. Mikael has been using a copy of his book Complete Medical Guide for Cyclists since he left Portland because he has been having problems with his left knee. Mikael says "I knew that if I could make it to CO the BCSM could help."

Tami the Great helps Mikael with his bike fit - and she did an amazing job!
The doc removes some fluid from Mikael's left knee - and then a Cortisone shot. The doc also recommended a few days off the bike to let his knee rest.
